We've teamed up with the awesome people at HeapsGood to ensure that all our parcels leave the warehouse in compostable, plant-based mail satchels. Plus, all our bands are lovingly wrapped in protective Hex Wrap which is 100% recyclable and compostable. Not a single roll of bubble wrap in sight!

Coming soon to a delivery near you! We're so excited to release our 100% recyclable and compostable watch band packaging. We've collaborated closely with our customers on this one, to come up with the perfect blend of form and function. Your bands arrive safe in sturdy packaging and once it's done it's job, you can safely compost or recycle.

Many warranty claims can be verified with photos or video. Then why post an item back and clock up more carbon miles all the way back to our warehouse? So, unless absolutely necessary, we won't ask you to. Anything to save you a trip to the post office. Winning!
