This promotion is run by The Salty Fox Co Pty Ltd ATF The Salty Fox Trust (ABN 44 190 157 232) trading as The Salty Fox, based in Victoria, Australia (referred to as “The Salty Fox”, “we”, “us”, and “our”).

By participating in this promotion, you (“Entrant”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, including consent to receive marketing communications from us.

All instructions and information published on our website or social media platforms in connection with this promotion form part of these Terms.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 29 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Entrant Eligibility

Entry is open to:

• Residents of Australia
• Aged 18 years or over

Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of The Salty Fox are not eligible to enter.

We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms.

How to Enter

To submit a valid entry, Entrants must:

• Submit an entry via the official giveaway landing page; and
• Answer the following question in 25 words or less:
  “Why would you love to attend Ripple Festival?”

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or late entries will be deemed invalid.

Winner Selection (Game of Skill)

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

• All valid entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance.
• Judging will take place on 12 May 2026 at The Salty Fox head office in Victoria, Australia.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

1 winner will receive:

• 2 x tickets to Ripple Festival (digital delivery)
• 1 x $250 The Salty Fox digital voucher

Total prize value: AUD $1,440

Prize Conditions

• Both the event tickets and voucher will be issued digitally.
• The $250 voucher:
  • Is valid for use on The Salty Fox website only
  • Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• The winner is responsible for all additional costs associated with attending Ripple Festival, including but not limited to travel, flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, insurance, and personal expenses.
• The Salty Fox is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of the event.

We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via email on 12 May 2026.
• The winner must respond and provide any requested details within 7 days of notification.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected based on the original judging criteria.

By entering, you:

• Grant The Salty Fox the right to use your name, entry, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media), without additional compensation.
• Consent to receiving marketing communications from The Salty Fox (you may unsubscribe at any time).

All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of administering this promotion and future marketing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Salty Fox is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
