Kindly note, due to the recent changes regarding imports to the United States, there will now be a 10% customs fee charged once your purchase is processed at US customs. The payment of this fee is the responsibility of the customer and is not applicable for a refund upon any kind of return or exchange.

Most late items arrive within a 3 day window of their estimated arrival date. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details to follow the parcels progress. If you've noticed you have made an error on your order confirmation then send us an email ASAP at info@thesaltyfox.com.au The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of amending the errors. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee changes will be processed before your order is dispatched. If you order has already been dispatched you may process a return or exchange request within 30 days.
